I'll keep this simple and to the point.

For a basic website with 3 pages of content that can include anything you wish (images, video etc.) it's £300, and that includes your domain name in for free for a whole year.

So let's clarify; For £300 for 12 months you have your website online with a url of your choice (www.yoursite.com) and I won't charge you for bandwidth if your site becomes extremely popular, plus you can host unlimited media with no worries about how much space you're using on the server.

:: £300 for unlimited hosting and bandwidth and includes your domain name for one year. ::

Its £300 for 3 pages and whatever you want on those pages with no extra charges incurred EVER apart from an extra £100 per 12 months to renew your hosting and domain name.

If however, you feel you need more than 3 pages of content and would like extra software installed on your site (forums/blogs/invoice software/shopping cart system, etc.) then please contact me for a chat on how I can make that work for you without you having to spend too much more.

Seriously, other web designers will tell you it costs an arm and a leg to host extra software on your site and that it takes countless man hours to implement, it doesn't, let me prove it to you.

* Minor changes such as changing text or contact information on a page, for example, is free of charge for the entire duration of your hosting with me.

*Each extra page of content after 3 is £50 per page.

*If you would like to have me create your website, but then you want to learn how to update it yourself, I am available for training, I will come and visit you and teach you how to do so for £300, at a maximum of 3 hours on site, this applies to Content Management System built sites only and is only available to customers located in England, Scotland and Wales.
